New modules, communication enhancements, performance optimizations, and system improvements
In March, we worked on new features and important improvements that strengthen the daily user experience in Konguru. This month, our focus was to accelerate communication, make processes more visible, and deliver a smoother experience across both web and mobile.
As part of this effort, we launched the Event Management module, activated and further developed the Chat feature, introduced reporting optimizations, and improved mobile performance to enhance speed and overall usability. We also addressed various issues and implemented general system refinements.
The Event Management Module Is Now Live
One of the most important developments in March was the launch of the Event Management module. With this new structure, companies can now manage not only customer and sales processes, but also event-driven operations in a more systematic way. Processes planned for webinars, fairs, workshops, seminars, and other corporate gatherings can now be followed in a more controlled and centralized structure.
This module establishes a strong foundation for participant tracking, planning visibility, and a more organized event workflow. With a broader scope to come, it has already become one of the important steps that strengthens Konguru’s operational power.
The Konguru Chat Feature Was Activated and Enhanced
Another key development in March was the activation of the Konguru Chat feature. Instead of dividing internal communication across different applications, our goal was to bring communication closer to where the work itself is managed. With the activation and detailed improvements made on the chat side, the in-platform communication experience became stronger for users.
This development is especially important for projects, proposals, tasks, and customer processes, where faster communication and stronger context directly support operational flow. Making internal communication more structured and accessible creates a clear impact on day-to-day efficiency.
Reporting Optimizations Were Implemented
Managerial visibility and data tracking remain among the most critical areas in Konguru. For this reason, we worked on several reporting optimizations throughout March.
These improvements were designed to support healthier, clearer, and more efficient use of reports. Strengthening the visibility decision-makers need was one of the most important goals, and it increased the functional value of reporting screens.
Mobile Speed and Performance Improvements Were Delivered
Mobile usage is one of the most critical parts of the Konguru experience. Especially for teams working in the field, users managing visit processes, and structures that need to take quick action, a smooth mobile experience is essential.
In line with this need, we addressed mobile speed adjustments in March, applied performance improvements, and optimized the areas affecting the user experience. Our aim was to provide a faster, smoother, and more stable mobile experience for users.
Bug Fixes and General System Improvements
Throughout March, we worked not only on new features but also on many technical and functional improvements that make the existing structure stronger. Different error scenarios encountered during use were addressed, certain areas within the system were refined, and improvements that enhance the overall experience were completed.
At Konguru, we do not see product development only as adding new screens; we see it as making the existing experience more solid, faster, and more reliable.
In March, we focused on strengthening the product experience in Konguru through the launch of the Event Management module, the activation of the Chat feature, reporting optimizations, and mobile performance improvements. In the coming period, we will continue moving Konguru toward a more integrated, faster, and more efficient structure.
Manage with greater clarity through Konguru.
